This policy covers every order from Gas Giant LLC ("Gas Giant", "we", "us"). Read it with our terms of service and shipping policy.
Seeds are a living product, so once a pack has left our warehouse we can't take it back. Instead, we make it right when something goes wrong on our side.
When we replace or refund
- Wrong item. If we sent the wrong strain or pack size, we send the right one at no cost. Keep what you received.
- Damaged in transit. If a pack arrives crushed or opened, send us a photo and we'll replace it.
- Lost parcel. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, we send a replacement or refund you. See our shipping policy.
- Out of stock. If a strain sells out after you order, we offer a substitute or refund that pack.
- Cancelled before shipping. You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet for a full refund.
What we can't refund
- Packs that have been opened, stored or planted
- Orders refused at delivery or returned to us because the address was wrong
- Shipping charges, unless the order was wrong, damaged or lost
- Freebies, which have no cash value
Germination and results
Our seeds are sold as collectibles, so we can't guarantee germination or growing results. Strain details describe typical results for that genetic line, and conditions decide the rest. See our terms of service.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We reply within 2 business days. Replacements ship free with Discreet Shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. The policy in place when you placed an order is the one that applies to it.
