These terms apply when you use gasgiant.co or buy from Gas Giant LLC ("Gas Giant", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them with our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy.
Who can order
You must be 21 or older to use this site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are, and that buying, owning and receiving cannabis seeds is legal where you live. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws of your country, state, county and city. We may cancel an order if we have reason to believe it breaks any of them.
What we sell
Our seeds are sold as novelty items, souvenirs and collectibles for adult collectors and for the preservation of genetics. We make no promise that any seed will germinate, and nothing on this site encourages you to grow cannabis where it is against the law.
Strain details such as THC content, flowering time, yield and effects describe typical results reported for that genetic line. They are not a guarantee of how a plant will turn out, because growing conditions decide most of it.
Orders
When you check out, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm payment and ship your order. Until then we can cancel an order, for example if a strain sells out, the price was listed wrong, or we can't ship to your address. If we cancel, we refund anything you paid in full.
We may limit how many packs of one strain a person can buy, so there is enough to go around.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the seeds only. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Sale prices are already applied to every pack and can't be combined with other discounts unless an offer says so.
No card is charged at checkout. Once you place your order, we email you a secure link to pay. Your order ships once payment clears, and we may cancel an order that stays unpaid for 7 days.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders over $49. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier. The parcel is yours once it is handed to the carrier, but if it is lost or arrives damaged, write to us and we'll make it right. Our shipping policy covers packaging, delivery times and lost parcels.
Returns and refunds
Seeds are a living product, so once a pack has left our warehouse we can't take it back. If we sent the wrong item, a pack arrives damaged or a parcel never arrives, we replace it or refund you. Our refund policy explains how.
Freebies and offers
Free seeds and other offers are added to qualifying orders as described on the product page or offer page. Freebies have no cash value, can't be exchanged, and are not refunded if you cancel the order that earned them. We can change or end an offer at any time; the version shown when you place your order is the one that applies.
Using our seeds
Our seeds are sold for collecting and preservation. If you choose to do anything else with them, you do so at your own risk and only where the law allows. Any grow guides, difficulty ratings or strain notes on this site are general information, not advice about your situation.
Our content
The text, photos, logo and designs on this site belong to Gas Giant or the people who licensed them to us. Strain names may be trademarks of their breeders. You can share links and screenshots for personal use. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Liability
We stand behind the quality of every pack we ship. If something goes wrong with your order, our refund policy is the fix. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for any use of our seeds that breaks the law where you live, or for how a plant turns out. Our total liability for any order is the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there instead.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in place when you placed an order are the ones that apply to it.
