This policy covers every order from Gas Giant LLC ("Gas Giant", "we", "us"). Read it with our terms of service and refund policy.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. You are responsible for knowing whether cannabis seeds can legally be delivered to your address, and we may cancel and refund an order we can't lawfully ship.
Rates and times
- Discreet Shipping. 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $49.
- Express Shipping. 1 to 2 business days.
The price of each option is shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start once your order ships, not when you place it. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can add a day or two.
When your order ships
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days once payment clears. Because no card is charged at checkout, the clock starts when you pay through the link we email you. We email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no logo and no mention of what's inside. The return address and your bank statement name Gas Giant LLC, not the product. Seeds travel in crush-proof packs so they arrive the way they left us.
Tracking and delivery
Use the tracking number in your shipping email to follow your parcel. Once the carrier marks it delivered, check with household members, neighbors and your building's mail room before writing to us. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped, so check your address carefully at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, write to [email protected] with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody claimed it, we'll contact you to reship it. A second shipping charge may apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. The policy in place when you placed an order is the one that applies to it.
